If replacing damaged plastic driva. Use a philips screw driver to try and take out. Driva may break off in which case the thread will fall inside the hull of the boat and the top bit can be picked off. Place mastic in the hole and carefully fit.

Take care not to over tighten as this will break new driva. If fitting driva for the first time drill 6mm hole through the boat slightly counter sink the hole then screw in metal driva to make a thread in the plastic (may need doing a couple of times) take metal driva out (TP125) . Then place mastic in the hole and carefully fit taking care not to overtighten.
