Returns & Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is our goal. If for any reason you have a problem with your product (sizing, color, fit, warranty, defects, etc.) we will happily exchange or return it for you. We would ask for you to fill out the Return/Exchange form. Please review the following information:

Returns:

Returns can be made within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Item must be unused and in original packaging.  Returns can be made outside 30 days and will be issued store credit. Please allow 5 days for return processing. Refund will be issued to the credit card used for original purchase.

Exchanges:

Exchanges can also be made within 30 days. Shipment of replacement item will take place upon receipt of exchanged item. Please let us know if your need is time sensitive and we can ship out the second item right away. Exchanges will re-ship via standard ground shipping.

Shipping of items back to Nor’Banks Sailing is the responsibility of the customer. Please include any original packaging material and a copy of your invoice if possible.

No returns or exchanges on discounted items.

Additional Notes:

Oversized goods: Boats, masts, sails, and/or trailers.  If you need to return an item shipped via UPS Freight and/or a specialty shipper, please contact us. We will follow up with instructions for returning the item. Restocking fees may apply.
